With an average of 15 years of experience launching, building and growing brands, our team brings a wealth of knowledge across several therapeutic areas including advanced wound care, clinical diagnostics, ostomy, women’s health, medical imaging and nerve repair.


Maeve founded Fusion in 2001. She is the Creative & Strategic Lead of the agency. She has over 25 years of experience in creating and executing strategic product positioning, breakthrough marketing plans and has worked on many products with household names – and many well-known in hospital halls. She has led Fusion in developing category-specific marketing expertise in complex industry sectors and therapeutic areas such as diabetes, women’s health, diagnostics, medical imaging, fertility and advanced wound and burn care.

Prior to starting Fusion, Maeve was an account leader for several agencies before serving as a VP Account Director at QLM Marketing for 12 years handling teams on Land Rover, Novartis, Hefty, McCormick, Arm & Hammer and others.


Polina has nearly 10 years of experience at Fusion and has worked on a range of brands in both the consumer and medical device arenas. Polina comes to us from Avon where she managed global new product launches and promotions in cosmetics. Prior to Avon, Polina was at Revlon in brand management covering new product launches. For the past 9 years, Polina has served as Senior Account Director for clients such as: Church & Dwight, Zicam, Australian Gold, Lysol, SpermCheck, SC Johnson, DebMed and Hollister, as well as other national and global accounts. Polina holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Columbia Business School in Marketing.


With over 15 years of agency experience launching, building and nurturing some of the world’s most famous brands, Domenique is truly a brand champion. While director of Global Ostomy Care for ConvaTec, she applied her communications experience and brand building skills to the medical device industry with the global launch of ConvaTec Moldable Technology skin barriers. Prior to her time at ConvaTec, she worked for Bristol-Myers Squibb’s in-house agency, BMStudios, where she ran several accounts including Medical Imaging and ConvaTec Wound Care. She spent the early part of her career working on the consumer side of the business. As an Account Director for Fallon, NY she led all strategy and advertising for the Pepsi/Starbucks partnership, Timberland and Sports Illustrated accounts. She was also a valued member of the Agency’s new business team.


John has been leading account service teams at top agencies for over 20 years, and at Fusion for the past 7 providing strategic direction, communications planning and campaign development for numerous B2B and B2C accounts. An accomplished hands-on professional, he leads integrated campaigns that include web, video, social, multi-media, digital and print. John is a creative thinker with a strong eye for visual appeal and effective messaging. He’s provided account management for such clients as Merck, Connate, LifeCell, Bracco Diagnostics, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Emergent, AT&T, Best Buy, Capsugel/Pfizer, Quest Diagnostics and the College Board.


Joining Fusion in 2007, Jessy brings 17+ years of experience in marketing communications, digital media, interactive design, art direction and illustration. Jessy’s design style embraces a clean and direct focus, with a strong artistic flair. Her attention to quality throughout the design process helps ensure an impactful, effective end product. She studied at the Rhode Island School of Design where she earned her BFA in Graphic Design. Prior to Fusion, Jessy worked as Senior Art Director at a range of agencies including Jerry Roache Direct and Hachette and Filipacchi Magazines in New York City.


Valerie is a multimedia designer with over 12 years of industry experience. She is the veteran of our design team, having joined Fusion in 2004. Valerie’s approach to design represents an imaginative artistry overlaid with a modern, fun edge. Her passion for design is evident in the range of work she produces, her attention to detail and her energetic work ethic. Valerie graduated with honors in Communications and Journalism: Multimedia from Rider University.


Joining Fusion Marketing in 2006, Katie comes to us from Church & Dwight where she assisted the Laundry Marketing Department. Since joining Fusion she has been committed to delivering impactful, imaginative work to our clients. As a graphic artist with over 12 years of industry experience Katie’s expertise ranges from brand identity to print collateral, packaging and interactive design. She studied Graphic Design at West Chester University of Pennsylvania and held a dual minor in web design and art history.
